hey guys, what's a typical efficiency factor for a research laboratory? i'm calculating my thesis building program and i'm thinking that it's going to be around 40-50% due to the circulation, mechanical systems, plumbing, hvac, etc. is this too high? anyone with any experience programming labs out there? any help would be greatly appreciated.
