Micro-Global...Where your medium sized architectural firm was "merged" (acquired) by a huge world wide entity, and tells you about all the benefits of being a part of something so big....but does not assist in your growth, nor share it's world wide projects, and you pretty much are the same as before, only with added pressure, worse benefits, and increased angst
