I am located in New York City. Client asks me to do some drawings for a property, is there anyway i can find the property's length, width and height from web by the property address instead of field visit?
Check the city's or county's planning website. Chances are high that an online GIS-type database exists that will include property survey information, including dimensions.
If you are looking for building area take-offs, I will often measure the footprint in Google Earth and multiply times number of floors from Google Streetview. It's down and dirty, but good for estimating purposes.

Zoom in to the building level, click on the (i) icon and then on the building that you want.
Dont know if this is what you want, but it is pretty useful..
