This house came known as the Prairie Chicken House, by Herb Greene: I will try the
photo link again, but I'm not sure it will work. Well anyhow if you have access to a University Library you will most likely find the book:
Architecture and its Photography, by Julius Shulman. He has an excellent photo of this house in the book.
