I heard a rumor that Jean Nouvel won the large Paris Les Halles redevelopment competition but this is what it is, just a rumor. Anyone have any info? The results were not announced according to the deadline that was set previously.

decision postponed to october. And I don't think nouvel will win from the local rumor...
