Yesterday, our boss, a licensed architect for 20 years, asked where she could find the model for one of our current projects. The office staff responded to her inquiry by pointing at the model in question. Boss lady went right by the model and grabbed a completely different model and did not realize it until we told her that wasn't the project in question. We have a staff of 8 with usually 3 projects under construction at a time, there is no excuse for the owner to not know the difference between her 2 largest projects. What the hell. Any similar experiences.
