First; When I can afford a house I'm going all Grizwald at least once.
Second; With projection and lighting coming so far, how can we consider it in the roll of building design, beyond signage. This ukrainian show is really something. I think its interesting that its on a neoclassical building. I don't think most of the effects would carry the weight they do if there was not a physical form behind them. It wouldn't look the same on a projection screen.
I was also struck by this multi surface projection, though I don't want this to devolve into a conversation about BIG.
Just interested to hear if anyone has any good examples of combining projection and architecture. Augmenting surfaces with light to create an alternative reality. Something between between the physical form and film.
