it seems to take a while for new folks here to learn how to implement the instructions below correctly ...
when I was learning how to do this, i found it very helpful to keep using the "preview" button until i got the commands entered correctly ... helps to keep you from actually submitting something that doesn't work and cluttering up the thread with messy posts.
to constrain you type width=415 (as in 415 px, which I think is the maximum width of the discussion posts, or less if you want a smaller pic) at the end of the code ..

(but with no blank spaces in the first and last [img])
Medit- this could be dangerous knowledge to share- lets see if we 'nectors can restrain our use of these typographical toys to appropriate moments.
heh.. :) .. I trust most Archinecter's good taste so much (including Per's and some vado's videos -mostly Strummer songs rather than nauseating milkshakes-) that I know that won't be a problem..
that little pinky heart could be a problem though...
in the effort of saving precious >limited< internet space and because this seems like the place for asking how-to's can someone direct me towards some way of placing markers, flags or whatever on google maps or on any web map so can see where all of my points of interest relate to each other?
How to post an image or pdf
I would to include a pdf or jpg in the entry. Is it possible without hot/hyper linking?
Required code to post a link - link

PDFs won't work as an image. For PDFs, just post a link.
Scroll all the way to the bottom next time.
Search posts.
Post questions on existing posts instead of making new ones.
thought i'd try uploading my first pic.......funny what you get when you google monkey architect
as im sure it wasn't intentional, i find it very amusing that your first pic is too large.
Search thread central on how to constrain the pixels (I don't recall myself)

my posts are better than yours. damn right, better than yours.
so what are the codes for bold and italic text?
oh vado, why did i just watch that clip?
*tears from laughter*
i'll spare ya the "im in love with a stripper" interpretative dance clip...
bold - [ b] whatever [ /b] - whatever
italic - [ i] worldchampions [ /i] - worldchampions
underline - [ u] underlined [ /u] - underlined
blue - [ color=blue (or any other color)] sky..news [ /color] - sky..news
size - [ size=3]oops![ /size] - oops!
size - [ size=6]hugh?[ /size] - huh?
size - [ size=10]umm...[ /size] - umm...
etc, etc... I think most basic html tags will work.. have fun!
[no blank spaces]
