what is the term for "roof top balcony"? I am trying to describe some of the residential homes in Shenzhen back in the 80s. The roof of those homes were flat surrounded by rail and used as "balcony". i am not an architect and cann't describe it well. i checked a architecture dictionary but couldn't find the term for it. can anyone help me? thanks.
