Well you can definitely get a+u at William Stout's in SF; in LA the Japanese bookstore was across from the Temporary Contemporary, up the street from Senior Fish, in that shopping center...

Try calling www.stoutbooks and ordering it. they probably have it and shipping wont take long since they are in San Francisco.
