Check out Sintra. It is easy to machine and you can form it by submerging it in hot water for a few minutes. The edge where you cut it though is rough and would require some type of patching.
it's going to depend on how you plan to fabricate it, and how it's going to be used.
chances are you're looking for some kind of ABS or polypropylene. the unfortunate thing is that most of them are designed for use in injection molding machines, but you may be able to cobble something together depending on what you need.
