Alberta is doing very well with high energy prices of recent, something that looks to remain for quite some time. Anyone know who the client is? I would imagine if corporate it would be an energy related client.
The city has great potential, and very rapid growth currently. I'm just very skeptical since the city has shown great desire to continue the sprawl mentality. Maybe Foster can start a dialouge there. That would be great for Alberta.
