Hello,
I have a question about the tuition fee of the M.Arch program in Berkeley.
-The tuition fee for the M.Arch in 2011-2012 is $16,614.75 per semester, that it means that the all program (one year) it cost $32,229.75 ?
I appreciate if anyone can help me with that

That's right. At the top of the page with all the tuition listed. It said
2011-12 FEE SCHEDULE (note: fees are per semester)
And there are two semesters per academic calender year. The $32,229.75 will not include a laptop that you might be required to obtain, text books, materials and of course room and board!
