Student NEEDS YOUR HELP with building services- "indirect" COLDWATER

Beano

Studying my 1st year in BSc (Hons) Architectural Technology and Design,

I'm stuck working on an assignment to design an indirect coldwater supply to a call centre with 165 staff.

CAN ANY ONE EMAIL ME WITH ANY WORK, ASSIGNMENTS, HANDOUTS, POWERPOINTS, WEB ADDRESS, LECTURE NOTES ETC.....

Please email me anything that my have useful info to

Bakedbeansinatin@hotmail.com or JLCroasdale@uclan.ac.uk

I have found via BSRIA that I need 45litres per person.

45 x 165(staff) = 7425 litres to supply 24 hours demand.

The office hours are 9am-5pm so this figure can be halved.

So, 7425 ¸ 2 = 3712 litres to supply 12 hours demand.

I'm stuck with working out the flow rate, sizing the cold water storage tank, working out pipe pressure, working out demand units etc etc....

A Center for Ants?

isn't what you want to know basically the point (or a significant portion) of the exercise?
