Alright, I just found out about the Libeskind lecture at the MFA today and of course its sold out. Theres standby seating available, but I'm not going to drive 1.5 hours each way to maybe attend a lecture. I was wondering if any of you GSD/MIT students (or anyone in the city actually) happen to have an inside line that I could snag a ticket from. I've already called my school's alumni department, which didn't even know about the lecture, and left a message with my schools architecture department head (whom I had as a professor).
I'm willing to bet that the arch. department won't have tickets either, so I was hoping a kind soul would be able to help me out. I'd even be willing to spot for a beer or two at the Squealing Pig or Charlie's Kitchen afterwards...
