Is the bubble in trouble?

When will the inflated So-Cal real estate bubble burst?

Ms Beary

I'm no economist, and not necessarily So Cal specific, but I read in Money magazine that when the non-traditional mortgage holders suddenly have to pay more on their mortgage, they won't be able to afford their homes anymore, will have to sell them, "punching up inventory, and causing prices to collapse". So within 3 years (I am guessing, they didn't say).
crazy loans: is this how the boom ends?

i'm no expert either but i've read that it won't be so much of a collapse, but rather a slow-down. property in southern california is always gonna have more demand than average. in any case i won't be buying property anytime soon round here.
