Does anyone know where I can download an alpha demo of Maxwell Render? The site no longer has a link and you can only donwload the beta for $500. I emailed about the educational license which isn't too bad, but I'm not buying it before I try it. They don't offer a demo. I didn't know if the alpha was still floating around.

Ok, now how the crap do I get this to work in Rhino?
looks like the one on torrentspy doesn't come with the rhino plugin
options:
1) find another copy (or buy it) that comes with the rhino plug.
2) give up and wait because the beta doesn't support texture mapping in rhino, and probably won't till rhino V4 (6mos - 1yr or more)
