So, like...Blade Runner? I always thought that the experience of driving fast on gigantic, empty superhighways late at night was kind of technologically sublime also - it's a bizzare and inhuman space, but has a particular kind of rhythm and flow that could be beautiful in the right light. I could just be weird.
I always thought this was an interesting topic. Do people write a lot about this?
