when working for large Los Angeles area general contractor I worked with them on several large projects where their contract values were above $5 million just for for drywall/framing. They are very good at coordination/construction. In the last year the firm has had a change of management/senior level folks and is running more like a law firm now. Some of their top people were forced out and went onto other firms looking to get back into the higher contract value drywall work. Overall good firm and very skilled but watch out for legal risks and exposures. They are changing and I'm not sure which direction they will go.
Any info on Raymond Co.?
Has anyone had any experience in collaborating with them? o
Thank you.
