What's up Archinect, Its been awhile. I'm officially busting my chops for "the man" now. So far, not to bad. I'm back into max now, and have a question for you Max Monkey's.
I've modeled some Terrain and the client would like to see every two foot contour. So I've selected the layered Sold form option. The Terrain is showing all sorts of jagged edges that do not follow my contours. I've tried Retriangulate and Horizontal Interpolation of Points but haven't noticed a difference. How can I get the terrain to follow my contour lines? Do I need more vertices on the original lines? Thanks for any help guys.

Do plines in auto cad and then import, loft, and connect with the terrain modeler.
you can also do this in 3ds.
