The best way is to make drawing file with the views saved using a base reference model. Then use this draing to X-ref your varrious models. Put the X-refs on different layers to turn them on and off as you wish.
If you create each model in the same co-ordinate setting, the X-refs will be replaced in the same model space position.

This is likely a simple question, but my Autocad modeling experience is minimal.
Can I copy a named view from one Autocad file to another file? Is there someway to export the views or save them? Thanks in advance.
