I've got one and it's been prefect. It came as new. Just be aware that their deals are ALWAYS changing, both in discounts (like one day it one computer will be $75 off, the next it will be $400 off - buy it when you see a good deal).
Their 8300's are pretty cheap, too. Less than $1500 for a decked out P4 3.2.
another vote for building your own. that way you can get half way decent components rather than the lower end stuff that is in the cheap systems. plus learning how to make one is pretty cool too.
