Netherlands art scene chill after Van Gogh's murder?

I remember a discussion at the time of Theo Van Gogh's murder in Amsterdam. I'm curious if there still exists a chill over the Netherland's art scene as far as artist self-censorship for fear of violence.

Is the subject of Islam/the Koran still taboo?

How are the Dutch reacting to being lumped with the U.S. in calls from radical Muslims, angry with Ayaan Hirsi Ali's works, of "death to the Netherlands and death to America"?
