Trying to find details on a project, possibly from 2001-2003, and possibly in Spain. Essentially it was a stair, excavated into and descending down a cliff. Might be part of a visitors centre or something, but the stair was the main feature. It was/is very impressive.
ooooo, damn!.........i know the project you're talking about....i can't remember the name or the architect, but yes, it is in spain. i believe it was in a DETAIL magazine, i think in 2002 or 2003......i'll keep searching

I believe it is the ESCALARAS DE LA GRANJA by José Antonio MartÃnez Lapeña and ElÃas Torres. It's in Toledo, Spain. Built in 2000.
