no - it does not led to a dutch professional qualification so it will not transfer - you would have to submit a portfolio to ARB and lots of money of the work.
the course is not structured and student work is more urban or diagramatic and while those things get through the AA because of the robustness and diversity of the learning environment, berlage is very small and not the same.
Thanks TED, that was really helpful.. I was thinking about doing the ARB idea; never-mind the £1000 something it costs, but it's structure may not even parallel to a RIBA Part 2 degree.
Did you study there?
I feel like I'd rather go there than get accredited ;)

Can I become an Architect by going to Berlage?
I rally want to go to Berlage, and I got in. But it isn't a professional degree.
Is there ANY WAY I can still become an Architect by doing 2 years (after my BA) there?
P.S: I am British and on the RIBA system ;)
