The Millbank Pier is nominated and 60 to 70 awards for the UK will be given out on June 16, 2004. Out of those, a few will be nominated for and one will receive the Stirling Prize in October.

the pier and it's images seem interesting, but it's difficult to appreciate the thing as a whole. are there any drawings or images that helps out?
