researching in the field of structure and techni of NOX's water pavilion, which used cad cam tech., is there any company doing such steel/aluminium fabrication, and any good website to describe how the construction works, last, any similar projects around the world, thank you.

not steel, but definitely CNC, another nox project, the d-tower: http://www.arcspace.com/architects/nox/d_tower/

and a video of a three axis vertical mill, the most common type.

besides NOX, Bill Massie and Ron Arad have also worked in this area.
