here in san francisco we're interviewing for a new employee and most candidates have asked for between $65-70K; having anywhere from 5-10 yrs experience, either MArch or BArch. . .
i make in the low $50s and wonder are they just aiming high or am i underpaid? (i have 6.5 yrs experience, BArch)
i looked at the salary poll but thought i'd post here too.
I think YOU should ask for a raise. I know people in your area that are 3 years out and making at least 50K. They may just be lucky, but for 10 years experience 65-70 is more than reasonable.
