window graphics - decals on glass

sweet randi

anyone have experience with large format window graphics for storefronts - decals, etc. ?
ideally something that could be easily changed but which would remain in place and be maintenance - free.

this is for a project in the vancouver area - i'm interested in people's experience in general, but if anyone can recommend a vendor in the area that would be great.

yeah, I did a large storefront in Seattle. The graphic was about 8' tall by 120' long. If I am remebering correctly. The image was at 50 dpi and the cost was about 10 grand to produce and install. We used a company in Seattle called Big Ink. I would expect there is a similar company in Vancouver. The product was called Scotchprint and it is made by 3M.

thanks david. i've heard of scotchprint but was thinking more along the lines of dye or laser-cut vinyl decals.
