Is it not ironic that all the 'winners' at the Buzzards bay Competition happen to be Americans? Is it not even more ironic that all winners are somehow conected to schools where members of the jury are active? Of all the international entires not even one was deemed good enough to win even the slimmest prize? Should internationals even bother to work for these American competitions? It feels like this whole great 'ideas' competition was simply fixed. But I can just be a little bit paranoid.

POST THE WINNING PANELS!!!
same thing with the chicago-based mccormick (freedom) museum art/installation competition a couple months back.
close to 700 entries from 30+ countries but the 10 finalists are all american, 4 from chicago. Go figure. The irony really flows when you read the blurb about the whole process at the Chicago Architecture Foundation's exhibition on the deal; comparisons's with the european system, and all kinds of allusions to fairness and getting the best in the world.
What a very large crock.
