My office currently runs Autodesk Arch Desktop 3.3. We are about to upgrade (and purchase more licenses!) and I am wondering if AutoCad 2005 is the best choice?
adt 2006 should be out soon if not already. i have seen that all 2002 based products will be retired jan 15, 2006. heard good things about adt 2006 but have not tried yet http://www.adskhost.net/10715/comm/index.php?src=comlet
AutoCad Office Upgrade

Does anyone have any thoughts on this?
our office tried it, 2005 runs considerably slower then 3.3, so unless you want to use specific features of 2005 i would stick w/ 3.3
2005 runs fine where i am...fast as shit. you might want to wait 2006 is out now - that is if you want to move from ADT to vanilla cad...

sorry jan 16, 2006
upgrading to 2005 is worth it alone for the new print features
