Quick Cad question:

miniminh

Can someone help me convert the units of a drawing into Metric units? Right now it is in feet and inches, and I need it to be in meters.
Thank you.

I tried changint it in Units...but it didn't change. I could set in dimention to show alternate units and pick metric, but that means I would have to dimention everything. Thanks losdogedog but I know how to convert the units. I just don't know how to change the setting of a drawing, or however you do it so it will be in metric and not in inches/feet.

okay, got it..thanks guys.
What you do is scale your drawings first to metric scale. If your drawings are in inches, then scale it up by .0254, if it's in feet then scale by .3048. Then go to units and change your settings to Decimal, meters. This should do it. Thanks everyone for your help.
