Not that I know of, unfortunately. The C-Plane view is something else. I think it sets your construction plane parallel with your plane of view (ie, perpendicular to your line of sight).
It would be nice is Rhino got on the ball and started to add some of the functions that FormZ has had since the beginning (unfold, clip hither/yon, etc.)
