I am going to Columbia for the NY/Paris program and need a furnished apartment from September - Late December. I am married with a daughter so I would like something with ample space - A large one bedroom or a regular 2 bedroom should be fine. I would also like to be close to campus but am open to anything in Manhattan.
For $3-4 K/month you should have no problem finding such ample place in Manhattan. Agency fee (which you will pretty much have to use) will be a mere 15% of the yearly rent.
Thanks rusty!. I am finding some for around $2-3k on craigslist and some of them don't seem to be agents. $3-4k is a bit high for us. Thanks for the help though.
