Has anyone written a RFQ before? I've been tasked with this since our firm is the criteria architect on a public funds project, trying to hire a design builder. I've searched the web and haven't come up with many tips. There's quite a bit of legal jargon that I'm not comfortable writing from scratch. The project description, budget, and timeline I can handle.
Is there a standard AIA form? Can I use the state of Ohio standard form? More or less copy a past RFQ I've found from a different firm/project?
