Does anyone know of any firms that specialize in mixed use transit oriented development? Either nationally or internationally; and / or fully remote (a lot to ask I know). Really I’d like to get a sense of if that project type is something being specialized in. It’s one id like to pursue.
Don't think the US has seen a ton of high profile TOD projects in the past few years. Depending on where you want to work you might want to look into some local commercial firms.
At national / intl scale, probably KPF, SOM, Gensler, RTKL, Jacobs, P+W, Perkins Eastman, etc.
Obviously all of the above are not entirely TOD specialists but select desk / team / group / principal in those firms can be. Might want to look into some planning / UD firms too if that's what you are interested in.
Someone makes a post and asks for information about something and then another person responds by giving a simple response that gives the person who asked for the information what they asked for and then another person gives the simple answer a thumbs down and then proceeds to give the person who asked the original question incomplete information.
