Anyone have trouble getting responses on resumes sent through Linkedin, Indeed and others? Automatic Tracking Software?
Those postings are mostly for show. Either they're fishing to see what they can get for how little $$$ in the future or they are doing it for CYA purposes to hire family/buddy/referral.
