Assuming internal levels are not top secret. Does anyone know how SOM ranks the employees by levels? For example, Architectural Professional has (Level D) and (Level C).

Level C is hourly, entry level - architectural professional and technical levels with 0 - 3 years exp.
Level D is architectural professional, salaried, and technical with 1 - 3 years exp.
Level E is Job captain level usually, and technical with 3-5 years exp
