Anyone have any experience pursuing concurrent licensure in architecture and landscape architecture? Preferably in California?
I work full time for a firm that does both architecture and landscape architecture. With how my education and experience timing will play out, it looks like I will be eligible to start the ARE and logging AXP hours at the same time that I can start sections 1 and 2 of the LARE.
Wondering if counting one work experience for both arch and land arch is considered double dipping, but I am working in both disciplines, so...?
Does the experience I’m getting now and applying to my ARE eligibility (pre AXP) also apply to my LARE eligibility? Or does professional experience not count until after I finish my landscape education?
Are you dual licensed? What was your experience?
