At first I thought great news! But after reflecting I'd kind of like to see this junk marked historic and preserved as-is for all eternity. 1 - to remind everyone what a tacky half-assed twit T always has been. 2 - to harass Carl Icahn, who seems to deserve more obstacles in his already long life.
Why can't we just wait a decade for the ocean to reclaim all of Atlantic City.
Atlantis? Atlantic City? Same difference. Gotta give something to year 4000 historians to piece back together. Trump properties will be interpreted in same way as Hadrian villa or Diocletian's palace. But times ten. Most powerful US emperor.
Naw... rename it as The CHAD Thunderdome! Fill it with civilian militias and antifa for glorious battles. Crumbling buildings, degredating infrastructure, and so much gold gilding.... create a reality tv series hosted by orange skinned old white dudes as a testament to American Greatnesses.
There appears to be too many older properties chasing too few guests and gamblers. The Borgata and Ocean Resort are top notch properties, most of the other casinos and hotels are a lot older.
I'm not very familiar with casinos. They seem to be rather short life buildings though. I know when working on the one casino I designed there was a good deal of though put into how the process of renovating / updating the building could be accomplished in 10 years or so.

"And that's the way it is."
Sell lottery tickets for chances to press the detonator buttons.
Anyone live or work near AC? My understanding is that it's a deadzone and can't possibly compete with the mega casinos of CT or the Vegas attractions.
I believe that is correct threeohdoor.
