I have just graduated from the University of Hong Kong, seeking an employment in mainland China. I get offers from RMJM(Shenzhen) and one from Studio Shanghai. I am not sure which one is better for a fresh graduate.
RMJM is a global company and it has several landmark projects in China, while Studio Shanghai may be a small company led by Benjamin Wood in Shanghai and focuses on commercial resorts project, including famous one Shanghai Xintiandi.
Personally, I do like Shanghai city. So I do not know which one is better for a fresh graduate to start a career.

why not stay in a Hong Kong studio? It's better paid in HK
Id go with the studio shanghai led by the white guy.
