Looking for some information on CallisonRTKL in Seattle. Does anyone have any experience with this firm....good or bad....studio culture, starting salary (recent grad), promotion within firm, career growth etc...
Yawn, but check glassdoor. In a nutshell, extremely hierarchical structure with some real "play by my rules" bosses. Very passive aggressive. "Meh" design at best, which has become even more "Meh" after the merger. Read this before Archinect takes it down.

I heard its nicer than Boston Architectural College.
