Architect and Filmmaker?

FILSON

Can an architect be also a filmmaker?

architecture is about creating a space and filmmaking is about telling the story of spaces...but they say to be successful at something you have to focus on one thing be good at one thing.

Any examples of famous architects and filmmakers?

I was asking about Architects who were able to keep pursuing both, not quieting architecture for films. but to actually be able to do both. like Liam Young suggested by @MarcMiller

Joseph Kosinski is a M.Arch graduate and the director of Top Gun: Maverick, Oblivion, Tron Legacy, Only the Brave.

It should be noted that he was not only trained as an architect but also contributed to computer visualization as a research student. This contribution, rather than his architectural training, was what led him to Hollywood.
