I don't use AIA, unless a client, for some reason, must use one. I did have our attorney look at our standard contract when we created it based on other contracts we had laying around long time ago and we modify it as we go.
Big office, we use standard AIA contracts except for clients that have their own, schools, etc, plus we have like a few choice paragraph edits that the higher ups like to squeeze in., mostly due to recommendations from our insurance
AIA Contracts
Do you use the AIA B101 contracts or create your own contract? If you created your own contract, did you have a lawyer review them?
AIA online system seems cumbersome.

I have had some banks that were financing the project’s construction loans, they have asked to see AIA contracts only.
