I'm wondering if anyone has any information on architecture firms hiring foreign employees, or any tips on how to apply from afar? I've had some replies but it's been difficult searching so far. I would need an employer to hire me and sponsor me so I could get a work visa.

you would be hard pressed for a company to hire you on premise of going through the process of a work visa.
