Certainly sounds like you need to hire some expert consultants, not crowd source (for free) from anonymous forum members. My wife works as an educator in these types of environment and all I can say is, it's much more complicated than one-liner artsy concepts.

Was working with a team to design a primary school for dyslexic children. General concept was inspired with a beehive shape.
Any ideas how the space can be translated as such to put the children at easy in a school environment while struggling with learning disabilities?
