I'm from Malaysia and been thinking of working abroad at oversea's architecture firms, like EU. I noticed a lot of firms posted on their employment page asking on whether do one has working visa or not for that particular country. So my question is, how does the process usually goes? Does one send in the job application first and only work for the visa upon confirmation of employment? Or does one has to get a visa first in order to be consider?
