About to finish my B.arch Degree, however, if I have the opportunity to get an M.RED degree my salary would be much higher. Would only consider working in LA, or NYC. Not sure to invest my time reaching to finish DPI hours for the next 3 years plus exams, or start working on building capital to accomplish my own development projects down the road. Has anyone been through this, or considered going for an M.RED?
What job will you be working in order to accumulate capital? If it’s architecture that’s going to be a LONG time to have enough to even do a basic house flip let alone redevelopment or raw land.
