Wondering what people's experiences are working at ZGF the past few years? Considering a job offer there, but I don't really know much about the culture or company outlook...any insights appreciated!
Non Sequitur, responses to these kinds of questions in interviews are always rainbows and sunshine. I usually know people at companies I interview, so I have secondhand insight on the real working conditions and culture. But not this time...
I have found that Glassdoor pretty accurately reflects the culture of places I have personal knowlege of, but be advised that some firms jack Glassdoor by having the bosses and their buddies fill up the site with bogus glowing reviews.
