I know a few colleagues who worked for RSP in Dubai (http://www.rsp.ae/), but I've been told that the working culture there (all over UAE) is pretty toxic because of high clientele demands. Consider Singapore or Hong Kong, maybe? But you may have to learn Mandarin/Cantonese.
